One of the best things about Studio Movie Grill is that you order your tickets and pick your seats out ahead of time. Was the food really going to be good? Would the servers delivering the orders be distracting during the movie? How did this all work? I was anxious to find out and have a fun date night with my hubby that didn’t feel rushed for once. But I was curious if Studio Movie Grill would actually live up to the hype. The idea of being able to enjoy dinner and a movie with my sweetheart and not have to book a babysitter for a five hour block of time was definitely appealing, especially to my wallet. If you’re not familiar with this establishment they’re a chain of movie theaters that offer an in-theater dining experience–and I’m not just talking about buttered popcorn. This is where Studio Movie Grill comes in. We’re blessed enough right now to live near my parents who are currently our go-to babysitters, but that wasn’t always the case, plus you never want to take advantage of the hospitality of family, right? With four young children we usually feel like we need two babysitters to watch them because they can be quite the handful, especially when they’re super excited to have new people over to entertain.
